When people try to quit smoking, they go through different stages with different symptom, these symptoms we call them the withdrawal symptoms, and some of it include irritability, insomnia, anxiety, and increased appetite and so on. Until the body physiologically and cognitively start to reform the non-smoker body and identity, and that can take between 3 weeks till 3 months before these symptoms mostly disappear.
